BOOKING & PRICES

Do I need to book in advance?

While we do welcome walk-ins, booking online is the best way to secure your spot and avoid disappointment - especially during busier sessions like weekends and school holidays.

What are the prices?

Children (4-15) and Adults (16+): £11.99 for a 1-hour session, £20.99 for a 2-hour session.

Under 4s: £7.99 for a 1-hour session, £13.99 for a 2-hour session. Toddlers have their own designated bounce zone (left of the main arena). They may only access the main arena when accompanied by a paying adult.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellations are non-refundable for individual sessions. Need to reschedule? Give us a call at least an hour before your session on 01782 216816 and we'll help move your session.

Can I add more people to my booking?

Of course! Just give our team a ring on 01782 216816 and we'll help you add extra guests if space allows.

Do you offer discounts for group bookings?

We do! Groups of 20 or more receive a 10% discount. Check out our Group Discounts page or call us on 01782 216816 to chat with the team.

Do carers bounce for free?

Carers bounce for just £6 when accompanying the person they care for. You can buy a carer ticket when booking online or as a walk-in.

Are there any term-time deals or special offers?

Preschooler Sessions for Under 4s: Just £9.99 including a free adult. These weekday sessions give little ones the chance to explore and play on the big inflatable without any bigger kids bouncing.

Also launching from September:

– Friday Boogie & Bounce Disco – a high-energy session with music and lights for ages 6+

– SEN 1 Hour Quiet Bounce – a calm, low-sensory session designed for children with additional needs

WHAT TO WEAR & WHAT TO BRING

What should I wear?

Comfort is key – you can wear short sleeves, but we recommend long sleeves and trousers or activewear to help reduce the risk of friction burns. Socks must be worn (no grip socks allowed).

Do you have lockers?

Yes! Lockers are available for a £1 one-time use (non-refundable), and we recommend using them to keep your belongings secure while you bounce.You can also keep shoes separately for free in the designated shoe racks.

WAIVERS & CHECK-IN

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes - all bouncers must have a completed waiver. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian must sign it.

Where can I find the waiver form online?

You can find the waiver link on our website. It's also included in your booking confirmation email. Please complete it before your visit to speed up check-in.

Can I sign a waiver for children who aren't mine?

Yes, if you're supervising children on the day, you can complete the waiver on their behalf and take full responsibility for them during the session.

How long before my bounce time do I need to arrive?

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your bounce time to check in, complete any outstanding waivers, and watch the safety briefing video if you haven’t seen it before.

If you’ve already watched the safety video on a previous visit, we recommend arriving 5 minutes before your session to check in and get ready to bounce.

Late arrivals may not be able to join their session or may lose bounce time. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or extensions for latecomers.

SUPERVISION, AGE LIMITS & SAFETY

Do I need to supervise my children?

All children under 14 must be supervised by a responsible adult. Children aged 1 to under 4 must be accompanied on the inflatables by a paying adult aged 16+.

Are there age restrictions for the main arena?

Under 4s have a dedicated area for their safety. If they're confident and you'd like them to try the main arena, they must be supervised by a paying adult. Babies in arms or non-walkers are only permitted during our term-time Preschoolers Sessions and must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I go onto the arena if I'm pregnant?

For safety reasons, we don't allow anyone who is pregnant to take part in bounce sessions - our waivers state this.

Is there a maximum weight/height limit?

Yes, there's a maximum weight limit of 130kg (20 stone). There's no height restriction.

SPECTATORS, FOOD & FACILITIES

Do spectators need to book or pay?

Nope! If you're just watching and not bouncing, there's no need to book or pay. Spectators are welcome free of charge.

Do you have a cafe?

Yes, we have two cafes onsite. Our mezzanine coffee overlooks the main arena inflatable where you can spectate while enjoying a hot drink and snack. Our dedicated Desserts at Inflato parlour is located through the corridor from the main area - make sure to stop by for a delicious waffle, sundae or milkshake after bouncing!

Can I bring my own food or birthday cake?

Only food and drinks purchased at Inflato are allowed on-site. Bringing a birthday cake is only permitted if you've booked one of our birthday party packages.

Is free parking available?

Yes! Free parking is available onsite at your own risk.

Booking & Planning

How do I book a party at Inflato?

Booking is easy! You can reserve your party online through our website, give us a call on 01782 216816, or visit us at the park to book in person.

Can I book a party on the same day or at short notice?

We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance to secure your ideal date and time. However, if we have space, bookings can be accepted up to 48 hours before the event—just give us a ring on 01782 216816.

What’s needed to lock in my party date?

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your party slot.

Can I cancel or reschedule my party?

Party bookings are non-refundable. If you need to change the date, we’ll do our best to help with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Party Guests & Numbers

Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?

A minimum of 10 guests is needed to book a party package, with a maximum of 50 guests per party. If you’re looking to host something even bigger, we can accommodate up to 120 guests with full park private hire!

Can I increase/decrease my headcount after my party is booked?

Yes! You can adjust your party size anytime up to 24 hours before your event. Please give us a call on 01782 216816 and we will sort this for you. Extra guests will need to be paid for before arrival.

Will I receive a confirmation call prior to my party?

Yes! A member of our team will reach out within 7 days of your party to confirm all the important details, including your final headcount and any allergies or dietary requirements we need to be aware of.

What time should we arrive for the party?

Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled party time so we can complete check-in, ensure all waivers are signed and show the pre-session safety video.

Waivers & Supervision

Do all guests need to sign a waiver?

Yes! Everyone participating needs a signed waiver. For guests under 18, the waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers can be completed online before arrival.

Where can I find the waiver?

The waiver can be signed online and is accessible on the navigation bar of our website. You will also receive an email with a link to sign the waiver.

Can I share the waiver link with my guests?

Yes, absolutely! Just copy the link and send it to your guests so they can sign ahead of time. Otherwise, guests are able to sign waivers on the day of the party. Please arrive 20 minutes before the start time of the party to ensure all waivers are signed for guests aged under 18 years olds by a parent or legal guardian.

Do I need to stay at the venue during the party?

Yes — the party organiser or parent/guardian of the birthday child will need to stay on-site throughout the event and is responsible for the party guests during the session. Other parents are welcome to stay, but it’s totally up to the organiser whether they do or not!

Food, Cake & Decorations

Do you cater for allergies/dietary requirements?

Yes, we do! Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements as soon as possible, and we’ll make sure the food is prepared specifically for those needs. You can give us a call on 01782 216816. Additionally, we’ll contact you within 7 days before your party date to double-check all allergies and dietary requirements to ensure everything is just right.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Yes, you're welcome to bring decorations and balloons. We just ask that nothing is permanent or damaging to the space. Please note: no confetti, glitter, party poppers or pinatas.

Is a birthday cake provided?

Cakes and candles are not included in our party packages. You’re welcome to bring a shop-bought or homemade cake. Don’t forget to bring your own candles if you’d like to do a cake moment!

Can I bring my own food?

Bringing your own shop-bought or homemade cake is welcome with the purchase of any birthday package. Additional outside food like takeaway or home-cooked meals isn’t allowed, as our party packages include food.

Do I get extra time to set up or pack away?

You’re welcome to arrive up to 20 minutes before your party to get everything ready. After your party, we’ll take care of packing away, tidying, and cleaning, so you can relax and enjoy the day.

Group Bookings

What counts as a group booking?

Any booking of 20 or more bouncers qualifies for a group discount. Ideal for youth groups, sports teams, schools or big get-togethers!

How much is the group discount?

Groups of 20 or more receive 10% off standard admission.

How do I book a group and get the discount?

To book a group and get your discount, just give our friendly team a call on 01782 216816. We'll take care of everything for you over the phone and make sure your group discount is applied.

Can we add more people later on?

Absolutely! Just give us a call at least 24 hours before your session —if there’s space available, we’ll get them added to your booking.

Booking & Requirements

What’s required to confirm a group or private hire booking?

To secure your slot, we’ll need full payment at the time of booking. Once paid, your session is confirmed and we’ll send you a booking confirmation by email.

Is food included in group or private bookings?

Food isn’t included as standard, but we offer party food packages and catering add-ons. Let us know what you need and we’ll help plan your perfect day.

Private Hire

Can we book the venue just for our group?

Yes! We offer Private Hire for exclusive use of the arena—perfect for schools, sports teams, youth groups, end-of-term parties, or special celebrations.

How many people can attend a Private Hire session?

Private Hire is available for groups of up to 120 bouncers. So if you’re planning something big, just get in touch—we’ll help tailor the session to suit your needs.

How much does Private Hire cost?

Prices vary depending on the day, time, and number of guests. Contact us for a tailored quote.
